How the preview platform may be used.
These points summarise the intended rules. They are not a reviewed legal agreement and will be replaced by terms approved by counsel before RentCare opens to the public.
- Listings must be accurate and for properties the lister has the right to let.
- Standard viewings are free. Optional fees are shown before you pay.
- RentCare reviews listings but does not guarantee any property, landlord or tenant.
- Acceptance of tenancy terms in the app records consent to a stated version; it is not a qualified electronic signature.
- Official Rent Control registrations, numbers and receipts are issued by Rent Control Ghana only.
- Accounts may be suspended for misuse, with a recorded reason.
